Josias Schreyer,
LL.M. (Bayreuth)

Josias Schreyer has specialised in Sports Law from early on. During his legal clerkship, he already formed part of the Lentze Stopper team and worked in the legal department of FC Bayern Munich. As a lawyer, he successfully supports his clients in enforcing their rights in and out of court. Furthermore, associations, clubs and companies appreciate his solution-oriented pragmatism as well his teamwork and discussion skills, particularly, as part of the drafting and negotiation of contracts. In addition, he comprehensively advises on any Labour Law issues and on all aspects of Ticketing, in particular, the comprehensive and effective prevention of ticket touting. Josias Schreyer completed the part-time programme “LL.M. Sports Law” at the University of Bayreuth and since the 2022 summer semester, he lectures on Sports Law at the University Fresenius in Munich as an Honorary Lecturer.
