Luisa Haessner joined the Lentze Stopper team in October 2023, working primarily out of our Berlin office. She advises our clients from the sports industry on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights with a focus on trademark and licensing rights as well as copyright and media law. She also handles law firm mandates comprehensively in association law and represents our clients in national and international disputes including court and arbitration proceedings as well as out-of-court disputes. Clients appreciate her distinct understanding of the complex and special issues of professional and amateur sports as well as her precise and solution-oriented approach.
