Franziska Wittersheim joined the Lentze Stopper team as a lawyer in April 2021. She comprehensively advises the firm’s clients in Trademark Law and Licensing Law. Furthermore, being a Compliance Manager, she supports sports associations, clubs as well as sports companies in all matters concerning compliance. Additionally, she assists agencies, athletes and sports officials in all questions regarding personality rights and social media. Our clients value her reliable and pragmatic working methods. Franziska Wittersheim successfully completed the LL.M. programme Sports Law at the University of Bayreuth in 2020, is a member of the German Women’s Lawyer Association (Deutscher Juristinnenbund e.V.) and volunteers as a mentor.
