Franziska Wittersheim has been working as an attorney at law in the team of Lentze Stopper since April 2021. She provides comprehensive legal advice to clients in the areas of trademark and licensing law. A particular focus of her practice is also advising on anti-doping matters. As a Compliance Manager, she advises sports federations, clubs and companies on all aspects of compliance. In addition, she supports agencies, athletes and sports officials in dealing with personality rights and social media. Clients appreciate her consistently reliable and pragmatic approach. Franziska Wittersheim successfully completed the Master’s programme “LL.M. in Sports Law” at the University of Bayreuth.
