Marc Patrick Schneider has about 15 years of experience as a lawyer. In addition to the core areas of Sports Law, he has over the years been able to specialise on advising sports associations and federations on the law of associations as well as on organisational structuring processes for sports associations, federations, clubs and so-called third-party sports organisers. Furthermore, Marc Patrick Schneider looks back on many years of expertise in the areas of Capital Markets Law and sports financing and has successfully assisted numerous sports clubs in financing projects. In addition, Marc Patrick Schneider is regarded as a proven expert in all matters relating to the horse, equestrian sports and horse husbandry. He is a member of various Sports Law organisations, including the German Association for Sports Law and the Sports Law Working Group of the German Lawyers‘ Association (DAV), and publishes frequently on his above-mentioned main practise areas.
