Dr. David Bischoff
Dr David Bischoff has been a lawyer with Lentze Stopper since June 2018. He comprehensively advises the firm’s clients on matters regarding Association Law as well as Antitrust Law matters. He further specialises on Litigation, in particular, on proceedings regarding interim relief. Sports associations and federations, clubs as well as enterprises from the sports industry value his extremely efficient and structured work together with his ability to address complex legal issues in a solution-oriented manner. Next to his work as a lawyer, David Bischoff completed his doctorate on the liability of intermediaries in cases of copyrights infringements on the internet, which is the reason he has gained extensive expertise on Copyright Law and Media Law. In addition, he is member of the Sports Law Working Group of the German Lawyers‘ Association (DAV).
