Dr. Paul Fischer
Dr Paul Fischer has been working as a sports lawyer since 2016 and has completed his doctorate on the autonomy of sports federations. He advises sports federations (national/international) in all matters of Association Law and regularly advises and represents sports federations, clubs, athletes and agents in national and international proceedings before internal dispute resolution bodies and arbitral tribunals (e.g. FIFA Football Tribunal, CAS) as well as before state courts. In addition, being a certified data protection officer, he heads Lentze Stopper’s data protection team, which advises a variety of companies from sports start-up industry. Clients value his high-quality, efficient and reliable work. Dr Paul Fischer serves as an honorary judge on sports association courts and lectures on Dispute Resolution in Sports at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
