Dr. Gregor Opfermann,
LL.M. (Bayreuth)

Dr. Gregor Opfermann, LL.M., joined the Lentze Stopper team as a lawyer in February 2023. He supports us in national and international proceedings at state courts and sports tribunals. Furthermore, he advises sports federations on issues of Association Law. Dr. Gregor Opfermann wrote his doctoral thesis about arbitration agreements in international sports. Over the course of his many years of assistance-work at a university chair for sports law, he has already been a lecturer on various legal topics related to sports. Through his work at EURO 2024 GmbH, he developed a deeper understanding for legal solution options within the organization of major events.
