David Bößem, LL.M.

David Bössem has been a qualified lawyer since 2020 and has been part of the team at Lentze Stopper’s Berlin office since November 2025. After completing his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne, which included stations at a commercial law firm in Cape Town and the German Chamber of Commerce in Nairobi, he worked for several years as a lawyer specialising in antitrust law, corporate law, as well as liability and contract law. He also successfully completed a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Commercial Law at the University of Cape Town.

He has extensive experience in litigation and strategic advisory work for complex mandates. At Lentze Stopper, he primarily works in the area of rights enforcement. With his analytical approach, process-oriented methodology, and particular focus on sports and media law issues, he handles both the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of his clients’ rights.
