We support and advise our clients in drafting employment contracts and handling international and national player transfers. We further represent clients in litigation before labour courts, internal dispute resolution bodies (incl. FIFA, UEFA and FIBA) as well as national and international arbitration courts (in particular, the Court of Arbitration for Sport).
